The production procedure is to mix PVC resin, CACO3 and other additives according to formula, then feed mixed material to extruder, with different diameter molds, through the vacuum calibration tank, haul off, cutting, then stacker or belling machine. The failure pipes could be crushed and pulverized to powder and reuse in the pipe production.
