UPVC / PVC pipe extrusion making machine could produce PVC pipes for water supply, water drainage and electric conduit pipes. etc. The raw material is PVC powder, CACO3 and additives. The production of PVC pipes is to mix the raw material according to formula in high speed PVC mixer, then feed the mixed raw material to the conical twin screw extruder, through relative PVC pipe extrusion mold, vacuum calibration tank, haul off machine, cutting machine, we could get the PVC pipes with 6m long as final products. 

One set PVC pipe machine could produce a certain range of PVC pipes with different diameters and different wall thicknesses, such as 16-63mm could be produced by one PVC pipe machine, 75-250mm PVC pipes could be produced by one set bigger PVC pipe machine. To change pipe diameters and wall thicknesses, we only need to change the relative mold element. And to increase production output, usually for 16-63mm, we could use twin pipe production machine. This machine could produce two pc same diameter PVC pipes between 16 and 63mm. If you need high output between 50-110mm, we also could use double PVC pipe machine to produce, with a bigger extruder.
