The PVC pipes are mainly used as electric wire conduit pipes, water drainage pipes and water supply pipes, etc. 

The production procedure is to mix PVC resin, carbon calcium and  additives according to formula, then feed the PVC mixture to conical twin screw extruder, with different diameter molds, through the vacuum calibration tank, haul off, cutting, then stacker or belling machine. The failure pipes could be crushed and pulverized to powder and reuse in the pipe production.
