Sunrise CE standard PVC window door frame gutter profile extrusion line is composed of high efficient conical twin screw extruder, vacuum calibration table, haul off & cutting machine, stacker. With different profile molds, this PVC profile extrusion line could produce window profile, door frame, gutter, ceiling panel, wall panel, flooring, skirt board, cable truncking, and many other PVC profiles. This profile extrusion line also can produce WPC profiles.

To produce PVC profiles, we need the PVC profile extrusion line and other auxiliary machines, such as PVC high speed mixer, crusher, pulverizer, water chiller, air compressor,etc.
The PVC high speed mixer is to mix PVC powder with CACO3 and other additives according to formula. Then feed the PVC mixture into the conical twin screw extruder, with different extrusion molds, we could start to produce the different shape PVC profiles. The crusher and pulverizer is for PVC failure profiles crushing and milling, to get fine PVC powder, and we could mix the recycled PVC powder with virgin PVC powder according to some ratio, then reproduce PVC profiles.
