EPS Hot Melting Machine

The EPS  hot melting machine is designed for recycle foamed EPS  packing material. The foamed EPS packing material has large size with very light weight. It is hard to transport. This EPS  hot melting machine could crush the foamed packing material into small sizes and use screw to push the crushed material into heating barrel. The EPS material will be melted into solid block shape which has high density. So it is easy for transporation and gather the EPS material together for recycling.

The EPS hot melting recycling machine could reduce 80-90% volume of the foamed EPS packing material. The EPE hot melting machine is available.
