Plastic wood compound materials(WPC) is a new pattern environmentally friendly material made of wood fiber (inc. timber scrap, straw, rice hull) and hot plasticity plastics(mainly waste plastics). It has the advantage of plastics as good plasticity, tensile and impact strength, moth and corrosion resistance. Also it has advantage of wood as easy-cutting and drilling for good process as well as the nice appearance of wood. It’s also ideal substitute in fields of packaging, architecture,etc. Our company mainly produces two kinds of machinery lines including PVC WPC foam production line and PE,PP WPC profile production line. The extruder for such line is featured for low-temperature plasticity, low cutting, complete high-torque gas emission, etc.

The complete WPC decking profile extrusion production line includes screw feeder, conical twin screw extruder, WPC extrusion mold, vacuum calibration tank, haul off and cutting machine, stacker. High speed mixer is also necessary for the wood, plastic and additive mixing for raw material of the WPC profile production line.

1. Capacity of main frame can be optionally chosen from 100-300 kgs/hour, according to WPC profile shape and size.
2. With different molds, it can products different kinds of WPC profiles.
3. The haul-off unit has applied unique lift technique. Its work is stable, its reliability is good, its pulling force is large.
4. Vacuum setting has applied special enlarged vortex cooling system which is good for cooling and calibrating so as to meet demand of high speed extruding.
5. Movement speed and drawing speed of cutting machine keep synchronous.
6. All movements are controlled by imported PLC, the design is reasonable, the operation is stable, it can conduct automatic cutting with fixed length.
7. Powder & dust suction device can be provided.
8. The stacker platform can choose such specifications as 4-meter, 6-meter, 8-meter, 11-meter, etc.
9. With double screws extruder, it is particularly suitable for high speed extruding of profiled material.
