Features and uses
YF series PVC profile production line is mainly used for extrusion of PVC door and window profiles, wide door panels, window sill plates and perforated threading pipes (four holes, six holes, seven holes, nine holes, etc.). The production line can select different specifications of parallel conical twin-screw extruders according to different profiles and molds, and configure the corresponding vacuum setting table, tractor, cutting machine, turnover platform and other auxiliary equipment.
The extrusion capacity of the main machine can be selected from 60kg to 700kg per hour. The tractor adopts our company's unique lifting technology, with stable work, good reliability and large traction. The vacuum shaping adopts a special enlarged eddy current cooling system, which is convenient for cooling and shaping to meet the needs of high-speed extrusion. The moving speed of the cutting machine is synchronized with the traction speed. All actions are controlled by the imported PLC computer. The design is reasonable and the operation is stable. It can automatically cut with fixed length and is equipped with dust recovery device. According to different molds, the setting table can be 4 meters, 6 meters, 8 meters, 11 meters and other specifications. Equipped with parallel twin-screw extruder, it is especially suitable for high-speed extrusion of profiles.
