GF series plastic pipe production line is mainly used for the production of agricultural water supply and drainage, building water supply and drainage, cable laying and other aspects, as well as plastic PVC pipes with various pipe diameters and wall thicknesses. The unit consists of conical (parallel) twin-screw extruder, vacuum setting table, tractor, cutting machine, turnover frame, etc. Screw extruder and traction machine adopt imported AC frequency conversion speed regulation device, vacuum pump and traction motor adopt high quality products. The tractor has two claws, three claws, four claws, six claws, eight claws and other traction modes. The saw blade cutting type or planetary cutting type can be selected, and the length meter and thickening device can be used. The unit has reliable performance and high production efficiency. The company can produce inner wall spiral pipe, inner wall hollow pipe and core layer foam pipe according to the requirements of users. The extruder can be replaced by the unit, and PP, PE, ABS, PPR, PEX, silicon core pipe and other materials can be produced. Planetary cutting machine adopts automatic CNC, with the advantages of convenient operation and reliable performance, reaching the international leading level.
